Staff has been pleasant with every visit but I do agree with some other reviewers that they do run a bit slow sometimes but most of the games always seem to be running. Be careful on a Friday through Saturday evening though because they of course are very busy. I have noticed that quite a bit of games will be out of order without there being a sign up because when so many people use it it tends to mess up. Also a lot of items get lost with the little kids and not put back. Like the ones where you throw a ball or basketballs.... read more
They are always slow and have a bad attitude
This place has slowly gone down the drain with the upkeep & safety in certain areas. And in the meantime.. the prices went wayy up!! Be prepared to spend some $$ if you have more than one child!! Especially if they want to go on the trampoline park area.. $15 per child! With these prices why wouldn’t corporate at least keep up & maintain bathrooms. It honestly makes me scared for what’s back in that kitchen!! The women’s bathrooms cannot be up to code in this facility…. I’m hoping the owner sees this: Bathrooms are disgustin... read more
Clean, staff was nice, my child had a great time. Pizza and wings were delicious.
