I’m not here to bash anyone, but I do think there’s room for improvement. Since this is a place centered around children, I would encourage the staff to be more welcoming, energetic, and engaged. A positive attitude can make a huge difference in a child’s experience. I also think it would be helpful for management to have a meeting with the staff to discuss ways to make the overall experience more enjoyable for families. As for Chuck E. I took my 6 yr old grandson to Chuck E. Cheese and we paid for the one hour unlimited games. He absolutely loved it. The time went by super fast, so we will be buying the 2 hrs unlimited games next time.
