My daughter loves it! (6) Some changes were made and added a trampoline that my daughter was excited about when she noticed it. Well I got her card put $40 on it well once she was ready to jump on the trampoline she couldn't UNTIL WE PURCHASED A 12$ PAIR OF "NON SLIP SOCKS" 😂 I wasn't happy at all! but what is a parent to do 🤔 of course be forced outta more money because hey you brought your child/children to have FUN. Overall disappointing experience here. Took our 3 year old for the first time this evening and everything was dirty. The salad bar for $11.50 was messy and half of the ingredients were not stocked. More than half the tables and booths were dirty with leftover plates and cups. Half the games did not work. The two staff members who were working on the floor were less than helpful when games were not working. For spending $100 on food and games I was expecting more. Chuck E Cheese is not what it used to be when I was younger.
Took my son for his 6th Birthday. The money I spent was not worth the service, food and the unprofessional staff there. Very unprofessional, especially the young lady at the counter. I had to hold my tongue many times! Very rude and inconsiderate. I use to love this place as a child. I will visit a different location or just take my money elsewhere. Thanks!
