Great experience. And the staff was awesome. The food was great. Will be going back again.
Brought my granddaughter here and was surprised. I previously brought my 3 older grandchildren a couple times a month, they enjoyed it and we always had a good time. Today, we had trouble with the photo car, it didn't print pictures. The hammer game we tried 3 times, couldn't find an attendant. The door guy finally got an attendant to reset it for us. It was a disappointment .
Ok so my little man is 3 years old and has said he wanted to go to chuck e cheese every day for the last 2 weeks. We take him today and were disappointed. The pizza, game card for one hour and unlimited "trampoline" time was a little overpriced I thought but the customer service garbage. They acted like they didn't want to do anything to help the customers n were just rude. The trampoline thing was a joke and boy they took that serious. No sitting no landing on your butt no going out of your square no flips so on and so on. ... read more
