The staff at the front desk is rude.
Only half of the games and equipment was working. Customer service was terrible and all the tables we tried to sit at were dirty.
You have to pay more for the trampoline and play area which is lame. They are nothing fancy and should just be included. The food is overpriced. The staff were not friendly and thought we were lying about buying the salad bar when we got salad....if the job is too much and you cant be friendly work somewhere else!
