Good place,many games and nice people. My daughter love it.
Not sure if the manager was having a bad day, but a machine wasn't working so I asked them to look it. A guy in a black shirt came over with attitude, did some stuff walked off. So I went back and told them it was showing a error still. He aggressively walked over and said, "I know its broken. I'm just going to have to turn it off and wait till a tech comes Monday." and rolled his eyes. Didn't apologize or offer anything for the lost points we used. Way to make customers feel welcomed.
Had a birthday party over there for my daughter's bday. We had one of the workers host the party which was great and the games seem to use very few credits so you can play the arcade for hours on just a few dollars. Had a great time.
The work staff were all way to busy with a birthday party to help us regular people who weren't there for a birthday party. The machines only win like 1-2 tickets per game, most games I seen were 1 point to play, only reason we actually had tickets was because 1,000 tickets came with our package we bought. It was nice I asked the manager for Chuck E to come out since they only came out for the birthday party, and he didn't hesitate to send Chuck E back out. Bathrooms were pretty clean which is nice. Pizza isnt bad.
