We visited this location tonight. Ordered pizza and wings. A few minutes after finishing playing the 3 45 minute play passes we purchased, our buzzer saying our food was ready to be picked up had still not gone off. I waited 10 minutes in line to find out what the hold up was. Only to be told we had already picked up our food. I verified that you had to bring your buzzer and turn it in to get your food, yet I was still holding it in my hand as they continued arguing that I had already picked up the food.
