Excellent service
Went for a bday party for a 3 yo so it's exactly what you think it would be. It's a casino for tiny humans. Gotta get them tickets. Lol
Second time we are here in this location and the experience is horrible. Stop being cheap and turn the AC on. The place always smells like mens locker room. Only in this location SMH 🤦🏻The AC has been broken the whole year! I think I will draft and send a dec page to the Northern Kentucky Public Health Department. This is totally unsafe . On top of all the staff is extremely rude. If you hate your job, find another one.
