This place has gone downhill over the years. Of the 2 employees working (confirmed by the emploee who was willing to speak to customers)the person at the door was surly and had zero interest in being there in a very obvious way. The second employee was in the back working on a food order leaving absolutely no one to assist customers. After nearly 10 minutes and an attempted phone call they finally emerged to assist, which in this case involved taking money from us to be able to do anything at all.
