I had a low blood sugar episode and the employee gave me a free cup of soda. Very sweet young man possibly saved my life. THANK YOU to Whomever you are
Some of the current staff is terrible. Poor customer service at the front desk from one of the young ladies. No greeting I was standing in line while she stood there not saying anything. Younger security guard telling a baby to get off the top of the game like he can understand. Walking around harassing the kids even though I know children do abuse the games. This current staff act like they don’t like children they should find another job.
The staff here are not nice and rude and it's always crowded. Also, we were there for more then 3 hours and Chucky didn't come out even thought I asked twice and my son was very sad that we left with out seeing him.
