Just wanted to share my experience because this place has gone downhill. Garbage place. I love Chuck e cheese but their manager jasmine is so rude. Like it's a kids place and she expects kids to not make messes or do anything wrong even when I apologize or try to have a conversation she's very dismissive and loves to show she has the power it's very weird. Don't go here. There's no ac everrrr and they're always understaffed and the staff is even scared of her they're better than her but you can tell they don't wanna get fire... read more

I am extremely disappointed with the way my family was treated at Chuck E. Cheese today by Jasmine the manager !! What was supposed to be a fun day for our children turned into a humiliating experience because of the manager’s behavior. The manager was rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in compassion. Great place until this week! Jasmine the manager is rude, disrespectful, makes up polices about water cups, salad plates, discriminates against disabled children, makes fun of little kids, nit picks at everything, does not accept apologies, very unprofessional, been going here for over 10 years now and not once have I ever experienced something so horrible.
