It was busy when we went this time we stood about 20-30 minutes at the prize counter just to cash in our tickets
I came here just for the pizza, when the place opened up at 11 AM. The large supreme pizza took about 15-20 minutes; it was pretty good, considering the flavor of the ingredients. The only downsides were the cost ($30) and that it was fairly thin on the crust. Friendly employees was a bonus. Also if you have a "gift code/card" on your phone, you may not be able to use it on the website; you have to hand the code to the cashier for it to work properly.
Very disappointing experience — safety of children should come first. Today at around 7pm my niece was playing in the trampoline/jumping area when another child slapped her. She was extremely upset and ended up crying and distraught underneath the playground while employees did nothing to help her. I immediately spoke with the manager about what happened, and what was especially concerning was being told that this was not the first time this child had struck another kid.
