Extremely disappointed and uncomfortable with how the staff handled a situation here. My son was crying, and a staff member followed my husband into the restroom, watching him the entire time as if implying something wrong was happening. This was a massive overstep of boundaries and felt incredibly invasive during a stressful moment with an upset child.
