Extremely Disappointed and Concerned for Child Safety During our recent visit to Chuck E. Cheese, my daughter was harmed due to clear staff negligence. There was no visible staff presence on the floor, and when the incident occurred around 3:40 PM, not a single team member showed concern or urgency. My daughter was left crying and confused, and despite my distress, the managers on duty did absolutely nothing to assist or comfort us. We’ve been a few times since the remodel and I have to say they did a AWESOME job. We always have a pleasant and fun experience it’s a go to for me and my kiddo. Music is fun and kid friendly, pizza has been great as well (stuffed crust). The only thing I wish they still had was a physical play area again.. and now they do!! They added a decent sized trampoline zone for $10 (height restricted) that my child LOVED. She got a lot of energy out. I could see us coming more frequently just for that reason.
