The best for the Kids.
The food at this restaurant was absolutely appalling. Everyone who attended the party, especially those who had salads, fell ill. The employees were incredibly unhelpful, and the worker assigned to assist us was the worst. She constantly gave mean stares at the children, which was completely unprofessional, as if she wasn’t working in a children’s place. I couldn’t get her name, but she appeared young and of color. It was such a disappointing experience.
Hands down, this Chuck E. Cheese deserves an A++++ rating! The customer service is phenomenal every single staff member has a genuinely great attitude and works with a “spirit of excellence.” I love visiting during lighter crowds because it gives me a chance to watch the team in action. They don't just spot-clean; they literally move furniture around to deep-clean every corner, making this place exceptionally spotless.
