Best plumbing and heating company I have ever used. I will never use anyone else!
He did an adequate job. He showed up ontime. I do believe we overpaid a bit - and also, I had to have an argument over the merchant fee for using a credit card for half the cost, which he had promised to NOT pass along and then changed his mind and his wife insisted on charging that fee to us. After we copmlained, though, he called and did not charge the merchant fee we got it all settled but - it was just a bit aggravating. I do feel like we overpaid, again, but in the end he did a good job.
Chuck comes when he says and installs of fixes things properly. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Chuck Alessi. He has taken care of our plumbing & heating needs for many years and we’ve been nothing but very satisfied with both his work & service.
