The food was good, and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. She even surprised us with a little mango dessert at the end of the meal, which was a really nice touch. The restaurant itself also looked clean and well-maintained. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The dining area had a noticeable cigarette smell, which made the experience less pleasant. Also, the man at the entrance came across as a little rude, which was not the best first impression. 《福苑晚宴賦》 歲次丙午，孟秋之夕。遠岫凝紫，長街積碧。煙消軒檻，風動簾櫳。仰金匾之高懸，臨華堂之敞豁。爾其茶煙初泛，玉盞無塵。香含鐵觀，影動燭津。照歸客之笑語，慰兒孫之相親。 庭前鴨熟，廚下鑊吟。酌酸梅以佐味，撫薄餅而包珍。若夫片皮初片，琥珀生輝。薄如蟬翼，脆若琉璃。嗟刀工之迅疾，感火候之精微。願寄情於一箸，托甘香而長思。 至若椒鹽大蝦，外脆內嫩；椒鹽鮮魷，外酥內韌。甜酸古老肉，色如瑪瑙；上湯翠豆苗，碧若春波。諸豆同煲，綿密交融；芒果布甸，滑如凝脂。一甜收百味，中西並列，實粤館之罕見，見匠心之獨運。 於是舉箸如飛，笑語喧闐。杯盤交錯，大快朵頤。食之不盡，打包而歸。結帳之際，價錢公道，眾皆稱善。夫佳餚易得，殷勤難求。福苑之勝，不獨在菜，更在人情。侍應周到而不擾，親切而不媚，處處細心，如春風化雨。燭焙觀音一事，尤見其誠。一頓晚飯，食的是菜，品的是心。 歌曰： 福苑之宴兮樂洋洋， 片皮鴨脆兮古肉香。 椒鹽蝦魷兮鮮且嫩， 上湯豆苗兮清且芳。 鐵觀音焙兮燭火暖， 糖水豆蓉兮布甸黃。 列治文西兮逢此味， 他日重來兮共舉觴。
