The purchase of and delivery of our new recliner went very well and without issue. The following up we did was completely worthless. The first time r we followed up, the gentlemen told us he could not find our order. He then placed us on hold and cold transfered us to someone else. The 2nd person found our order and advised that we hadn't yet completed payment. This was completely false as we had made our full payment the week before.
