Furniture is substandard, varnish began to chip within first week of purchase. When I complained to salesperson, she told me to use black marker on chipped areas. They did nothing to fix the problem.

If this is the chubby's Located next to the trade center beware. The salesman that was there at the time was extremely rude, unprofessional, and snotty. Looked at me as though I wasn't there to buy anything then praised how he could beat any prices in town not telling though he was lying. I ended purchasing a bed at the chubby store located near airline. Terrific customer service, great sales people, they know their mattresses and they help you find just the right one to fit your budget and style. Fast delivery and set-up too. We have purchased several beds from them over the past 5 years and I wouldn't consider shopping anywhere else.

Rick Cavazos, Store Manager at the 2837 S.P.I.D stood by his word that customer service is important to him and the company. He was able to deliver on the same day and that was very important.The new beautyrest set is comfortable and nice. I'll remember Rick and Chubby's next time I'm in the market for a mattress set.Thanks Rick.
