Hugo was professional and social and answered all my concerns.
We had Chubby Chubby out to clean the carpets in our rental home upon moveout. I couldn't believe how new the carpet looked when they were done! I wished I was staying to enjoy it. The property owners had someone carpet clean twice when we moved in, as it smelled like dog. I don't think those cleanings made a difference. If I would have known about you guys sooner, I would have had you out before we moved in! I have since had carpet cleaning in our home in Portage, Indiana, but no one compares to Chubby Chubby. Excellent service. Came same day! Knowledgeable and educated me on what to look out for regarding carpet stretching. Definitely recommend Johnny.
It was great. Hugo came in, answered my questions, cleaned the carpets, and headed out.
