Chubbs Appliances has the worst customer service we have ever experienced! After waiting over two weeks for Chubbs to replace a failed refrigerator recently purchased at their store, the unit was left on the back porch! Chubbs doesn't pick up the phone, continually misses appointments and treated its customers as an inconvenience. Suffice to say, we won't be using Chubbs Appliances again and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Working with Chubbs has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
