Yikes what a nightmare it is trying to get hold of someone. Their phone system is impossible. They called me regarding an accident and I was actually unable to get through to anyone to resolve this. I don't know much about this company and I know everyone is trying to save money but their phone setup is ridiculous.
Extremely disappointed and frustrated after job reneged on a quote to my insurance broker indicating they wanted more policies headed in order to use them. They said yes first then they came back and declined it requiring additional insurance through them. If this is the way they handle customers before signing up, I can only imagine how bad they are should anyone have a claim.
