Chubb LITERALLY stole my money. Paid my "Masterpiece" policy when I closed on my home. Paid a year in advance. Paid my $6k+ premium and heard absolutely nothing from them until 10 months into the policy. They said they made an adjustment to my policy but did not notify me until 2 days before I was cancelled for "non payment".
