Absolutely horrible to work with. Everyone you speak to is rude, inconsiderate, and full of themselves. Not helpful at all, and will do absolutely anything they can to keep the money in their pockets. They don't care about their insured, they don't care about the people the insured's hit, absolute lack of empathy. The worst!

Compre una aseguranza de viajes con esta compañía primordialmente por su cobertura médica durante mi viaje. Me comunique con ellos para pedir asistencia médica ya que creo que tengo conjuntivitis y estoy fuera de mi país. Me dijeron que su servicio medico no está disponible y que tengo que usar mi aseguranza privada la cual no cubre todos los gastos fuera de mi país. After working as a contractor for this company for over a year and after 3 interview attempts, they still refused to hire me. This just goes to show that this company doesn't care about you. They only care about numbers. If you want to work for a reputable company that respects their employees, I suggest you look somewhere else. There are better insurance companies out there.
