I only gave a 1 star because NO stars wasn't an option. When I pay for a service, I expect COMMUNICATION and atleast SOME customer service. I filed a claim on January 9th, I was told 7-14 days for a "decision". On January 30th my claim was moved to "initially review" after I called to find out why I haven't heard from them. The CSR I spoke to informed me that the person reviewing my case was just hired and would be in training all week. I was then forwarded to the Supervisors voicemail. Carmen is rude don’t work with her totaled my bf car as a loss and he was gonna pay 1000 for it but they want him to pay like 8,000 now
