It’s been 3 weeks since their insured driver backed into the car, and there has been little to no communication from Ace American Insurance/Chubb and their third party claims handler ESIS. The car is currently being held at the dealership because of lack of communication and no clear process for submitting supplements for approval. I’ve never seen or experienced anything like this. We will be contacting the Insurance Board and our attorney.
I only gave a 1 star because NO stars wasn't an option. When I pay for a service, I expect COMMUNICATION and atleast SOME customer service. I filed a claim on January 9th, I was told 7-14 days for a "decision". On January 30th my claim was moved to "initially review" after I called to find out why I haven't heard from them. The CSR I spoke to informed me that the person reviewing my case was just hired and would be in training all week. I was then forwarded to the Supervisors voicemail.
