I give this company a below zero they are a joke from one they do not pay out on nothing. They always trying to find some reason they will not pay. None of their disability claims they should be put completely out of business the biggest joke of a company I've ever seen in my life. I'm hiring a lawyer to get my money. I had to give them a one star cause you can't give them a zero they don't deserve a one star. They deserve 100 negative stars
I'd give them a zero but that wasn't an option. Chubb purchased Combined Insurance Company several years ago. Prior to that, it was fairly easy to file a claim and receive payment from them. Now that Chubb owns it, let's just say you're definitely getting Chubbed, all right. I thought Taurus firearms had the worst customer service I've ever dealt with but now Combined Insurance (Chubb) has taken the lead. I don't even know why they call it customer service. Wont pay out. Save your money and dont buy this garbage insurance
Filed a disability claim in January and here it is almost Aug and still nothing,I had aflac in 2020 when i got hospitalized with covid 19 in the hospital for 3 1/2 months and the paid the claim in a month while I was in a coma and I was told chubb is a lot better than Aflac what a bunch of bull all I can say is stay away from chubb
