Wow. No way a monitoring company should let a customer wait on hold for 70 minutes to impair a fire alarm system. Actually unbelievable. Try harder Chubb. Unacceptable for a “fire safety” company to do this to a customer. Ridiculous

Chubb used to be good... not so much any more. Customer service people should not ghost it's customers.

The service was excellent; however the cost was outrageous! I was charged 160.00 for labour, plus 132.00 for "travel" costs. I am located in Windsor. The work to replace a battery took all of 20 minutes. So: customers beware!
