Used Chubb for over a decade. Sold our business and canceled the account in writing and direct contact with head office, however we had no confirmation. Two months later they are calling us to say alarm is going off??? Like what??? Are they charging us for a cancellation of service. Had I known they would treat us like this we would have NEVER used them!

Michel came to our museum to help us with an alarm upgrade. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He came back the next week with a Chubb technician who listened to what we wanted and provided knowledgeable advice on how he thought he could improve on our request. Both Michel and the Technician were very professional and I would recommend them.
