This company is doing the fire alarm system in a new building on 15th in North Vancouver. No concern for the people living in the area. They turn the alarm on and let it run for hours, I live four blocks away and it is clear as a bell in my living room. Fire safety is very important. If there is a problem the alarm might have to be activated for testing, but it does not need to be active for hours on end. Amazing service by Josh yesterday. He helped us with a dead car battery. Extremely amicable and a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and went out of his way to assist. I am a bit surprised at this company's low rating because Josh certainly exceeded all of our expectations. Keep it up Josh!

Very difficult to deal with, can never get a response from anyone. Went to Burnaby location and sales lady was extremely rude. Worst customer service ive ever seen.
