Thanks for parking so close to my car I couldn’t even slid through to open the passenger door and get my kid in. You left literally no wiggle room, so considerate.
I've tried calling Chubb Monitoring several times with what should have been a straightforward question, just to speak with someone from their sales team. Unfortunately, not one of the agents I spoke to seemed to understand the request or know how to help. It felt like being passed around in circles with no resolution. Given the poor communication and lack of basic customer service, I'm genuinely surprised they’re still operating, especially when their Google reviews reflect similar experiences. Simply UNBELIVABLE !!!!!
We have been using Chubb for our Condo Building with really disappointing results. Particular doors should be locked after 10 pm without access from their fobs. No!!! Thieves broke in with a stolen fob after 10pm! No alert!
Complete garbage company
As a service technician that deals with Chubb monitoring daily, I would strongly recommend you stay far away from the headaches and waste of time waiting for somebody to actually answer their phones. How they still are in business is beyond me.
