worst company to deal with! No buddy answer ure call and when they do nobody to do the work
If I could give minus-star reviews, I would. DO NOT CONTRACT THEIR SERVICES! Service is brutal, and if you do have a problem after hours, they will send a technician regardless of whether you asked for one and bill you $750 to tell you that you need new batteries. Cancelling ASAP and looking for alternatives. In the meantime, anyone but these guys.
Very poor experience. Communication and support were frustrating, especially after hours. Instead of helping resolve the issue remotely or clearly explaining options, it escalated into an unwanted service call and I was left with a massive after-hours invoice. I’m cancelling and switching providers. I wouldn’t recommend them.
I called the office, was having trouble getting through, Paula called me back after seeing my number on the call display, this is a rarity these days! she was great, very informative and professional. Thank you!
Was just about run off the road today by a driver of a Chubb vehicle. 2:30 pm on Glenmore trail, a bearded man driving aggressively and dangerously, tailgating myself and others, cutting off multiple drivers. Have the license plate number if the company cares to address the behavior.
