Imagine being called in the middle of the night to be informed by an automated message that your business is being robbed with no other details than that and to press 1 for an operator or 9 to ignore. Press 1 and wait 25 minutes in the middle of the night with no answer and no understanding of what’s happening at your business. That’s Chubb customer service!! Pathetic.
Even though it is statistically impossible, Chubb somehow manages to have a "higher than normal number of calls". Be perpared to sit on hold for a long time. At least 10 minutes. For a company this size, this is utterly pathetic.
With the amount of competitive options out there, I would avoid using Chubb Edwards. There is no accountability or customer service.
Ignore alarms completely and do not care if they get to you. No response to emails and phone calls are a minimum half hour wait for help they can't give
Some guy showed up trying to give away a free security package because it was their 200th anniversary or something. Tried to force his way into my house on two separate instances during the conversation. Unable to find any information online about a 200th anniversary promotion. Seems sketchy.
