Fire and security but they cant drive safely? No..
Trying to retrieve an inspection report and there is nobody that will call you back or respond to an email. Terrible customer service.
Imagine being called in the middle of the night to be informed by an automated message that your business is being robbed with no other details than that and to press 1 for an operator or 9 to ignore. Press 1 and wait 25 minutes in the middle of the night with no answer and no understanding of what’s happening at your business. That’s Chubb customer service!! Pathetic.
