Security system is dysfunctional. They send technicians that don't fix anything and then give you a bill. Once the tech told me it was a Chubb system problem and we would not be charged then the office tried charging me. Had to fight for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
One of your employees cut me off and got mad at me for honking, birds and words were exchanged, completely unprofessional.
