The company uses only certified equipment and components of the highest quality. The quality of service is beyond praise. Unfortunately, due to the large number of customers concerned about their safety, the waiting time when calling the hotline may be longer than expected, but it is worth it. It is obvious that the company is trying its best to be the best in the market not only in Canada but also in the whole world.
I have been repeatedly called by your company in regards to an alarm issue despite no longer working at that place AND YES I have selected the option to have my name removed from being contacted..yet here I am still being called. What a lovely opportunity I had speaking with a poorly mannered man who thinks I wouldn’t have exhausted that option before speaking to an agent before proceeding to immediately hang up on me. How ridiculous.
TERRIBLE wait time. You have to wait for 30-60minutes every time you call them.
I'm a building technician downtown. I dred having to call their monitoring center. I'm currently on hold waiting for an update on an urgent matter. Figured since I had the time, i would write this review. This is absolutely ridiculous. What kind of service is this?!?! You guys really need to do something about this. I've heard stories about having to wait over an hour to speak to someone. I'm just about 21 mins on hold now. How can you guys call yourselves any sort of customer service. Extremely unacceptable.
