withdrew money from my account for no reason and treated me disrespectfully for questioning why this had happened
Technical service is subpar. The accounts team is very efficient w/ collecting payment or contacting me should I delay payment by 1 day (invoice was not sent to me and he kept demanding for payment, not sure how I was suppose to pay w/o an invoice). However, when it comes to seeking technical support, expect to wait a min of 30mins on the phone before you speak to someone who can help you.
