I dont give low score lightly but this company takes the cake. Completely useless company. My parents put in alarm system over 15 years ago, paid 5 years up front. Mum want it disconnected, got Chubb to come out twice, paid $140 x 2. Month after its beeping, we asked them to stop beeping remove in total. Another $140. Month later still beeping and has beeped for 20+ years Mum is hearing impaired and cant hear it in her room, but no on can sleep in next bedroom because of the bleeping. Tonight power goes off. withdrew money from my account for no reason and treated me disrespectfully for questioning why this had happened
Technical service is subpar. The accounts team is very efficient w/ collecting payment or contacting me should I delay payment by 1 day (invoice was not sent to me and he kept demanding for payment, not sure how I was suppose to pay w/o an invoice). However, when it comes to seeking technical support, expect to wait a min of 30mins on the phone before you speak to someone who can help you.
