Easily the best fire and security company there is. They are always able to help after waiting on hold at 2am and never give any issues.
Chubb had been the service company for the fire alarm system in our building for years and could not correct reoccurring erroneous alarms, Amptec took over recently, corrected the problems, and no false alarms since.
I have been working building maintenance for large dealerships and chubb has got to be the worst company I've ever had to deal with for fire panels. It takes weeks if not months to have an issue fixed. My alarms will be beeping constantly and nobody will answer or come help. 0/10
clown company
Have been working maintenance positions for years and CHUB use to have good customer service. Now it takes minimum 45min to contact someone. Not even sure what the point is having them for a monitor service if you can't get ahold of them in emergence situations.
