75yr M (Admitted for pneumonia) Discharged my grandpa on nebulizer medications ordered to use every four hours. WITH NO PRESCRIPTION FOR A NEBULIZER. Machine. By the time t contacted me for help as they had no idea how to get a nebulizer at 8:30pm on a Saturday night...) geez - figuring out everything when they get discharged is hard enough without incompetence of physicians. called nurses station for help with this problem- 6 hours later they finally get ahold of this doctor who just says he will deal with it in the morning... read more
