The best Chinese place I have found so far food is absolutely amazing. Tried the cucumbers in garlic sauce OMG they are amazing will definitely be ordering with every meal. Ordered the steak and onions which was also amazing because it was just steak and onions not with all that other stuff like other places throw in with it. The dumplings where delicious too. Got my sister the sesame chicken she really liked it will defiantly be back.

This restaurant has legitimately changed my life. It was the first place where I experienced Sichuan cuisine, which led me into my own personal study of the food at home. 5+ years later, I am still enjoying the wide variety of options and flavors, and have learned to make many of them at home. This is my favorite place to bring friends in Salisbury because the food is so different from the majority of the New American-style restaurants that populate the city; no one has walked out displeased. Long live Chuar & Ms. Mary.

Have ordered here two times take out for family with various dishes to share. The appetizers dumplings and wonton were good. Fried rice,garlic eggplant, cumin pork were delicious. However, other dishes are dry with no sauce. Beef lo mein was dry no flavor, spicy pot chicken no sauce no flavor other than red pepper flakes and so bitter I couldnt eat it. Beefy noodle had no taste. We tried sesame chicken it tasted good still dry no sauces so rice is dry when you eat This place hit or miss.
