An extremely relaxing and calming massage experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. Nicole at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and Kristine, my masseuse, was professional, skilled, and accommodating throughout the session. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and relax. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful aesthetics of the space made the experience even more enjoyable. A well-deserved 10/10!
What a wonderful spa experience whilst we stayed at the hotel. Our couples massage at Chuan Spa was a beautiful way to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. June and Mia were amazing, so professional and warm. We left feeling completely relaxed and cared for. A truly special experience, thank you!
Highly recommend! My hubby arranged a signature detox appointment during our stay at the Langham and I was treated by the lovely Jazz (Jasmine?) who was beyond professional and attentive. The facilities are inviting & warm and the whole treatment was performed with intentional care and obvious knowledge and experience. I treated my sister to an makeover with Amy and she was horrified with the outcome. The therapist actually spilled the wax and apologised but there was nothing she could do and now one brow looks completely different to the other. I had trusted Chuan Spa to provide quality services as I'd had my own services with them previously but this was disastrous.
Stunning spa. Chuan package was delivered beautifully, the 45 minute massage was amazing followed by a gorgeous 45 minute facial, really enjoyed the products & therapist was so skilled.
