I had such a lovely experience at Chuan Spa. My visit didn’t go quite as planned due to personal circumstances, and the staff were incredibly compassionate and kind. Their thoughtfulness really cheered me up and made me feel so well looked after. The massage was amazing, and the facilities were beautiful, clean and relaxing. Thank you for making the day feel special, it meant more than you know. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend!

We had the most incredible experience at the spa at The Langham Gold Coast. From the moment we arrived and were met by Rhiannon and Aiko, everything felt incredibly personal and considered. Very disappointing experience at Chuan Spa Gold Coast (The Langham) during my visit in July. The skincare product they recommended and sold to me was nearly expired with visible specks in the unopened bottle. Check the expiry dates on their retail stock before buying anything here.
A huge thank you to the lovely Sarah for some beautiful treatments, and Linda on the Spa Reception who was so helpful. I had a harmony massage and a lovely facial and the experience was blissful. A great Spa experience. I would recommend the treatments here but not the magnesium pool as a place to relax. I did visit the spa on a weekend and the magnesium pool was quite busy as hotel guests also access this and, this may be different on a week day.
