Amazing staff who went the extra mile when I made a mistake with my booking ( Linda and her colleagues where super helpfull). Amazing therapist. Ive had many massages over the years and this one is up there as one of the best.

Great staff with professional service and a beautiful atmosphere. They are a lot more expensive than I was excepting and used to for similar … wish they offered specials etc. none the less still a lovely experience
I had the best massage and facial for my birthday! I don’t remember the name of my therapist but she was great, incredibly lovely and professional. Everyone was very welcoming, smiling, caring and the attention to detail was next level. I’ll definitely be back very soon.
Called to book in a package for my birthday and received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Emily, was awfully rude for no reason. I’m actually in shock. I was super polite and I simply asked the differences in massages the spa offered and she hung up on me.. Not the service you’d expect from a luxury, 5 star resort. I will try elsewhere.
