There was a mix up with my booking upon arrival, the ladies at the front desk dealt with this in the most professional manner possible, Natalie and Emma both provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to accomodate a booking for me the same morning, provided extra benefits of organising morning tea for both me and my partner (who did not have a treatment booked in). My partner and I visited Chuan Spa - we were very fortunate that they were able to fit us in same day without a booking. I strongly recommend booking ahead of time!! Right from first greeting all the way through to the end of the experience it was exemplary service. They provide you ample time after your treatment to relax as well, none of the process feels rushed even if you are only attending for a 30 minute treatment. They have a fantastic menu and brilliant staff - we couldn’t recommend it more
