I treated my sister to an makeover with Amy and she was horrified with the outcome. The therapist actually spilled the wax and apologised but there was nothing she could do and now one brow looks completely different to the other. I had trusted Chuan Spa to provide quality services as I'd had my own services with them previously but this was disastrous.
Stunning spa. Chuan package was delivered beautifully, the 45 minute massage was amazing followed by a gorgeous 45 minute facial, really enjoyed the products & therapist was so skilled. The elemental quiz was a great way to align with the style of treatment. Very fun. The elemental tea & slice at the end were both sublime. Had a Pedicure at Chuan Spa yesterday with Jas. Highly recommend. Very relaxing and my feet felt wonderful afterwards. The entire experience and the ambience is very calming and peaceful. A wonderful break from a noisy chaotic and busy life. Hope to be back soon !!
This is undoubtedly Australia’s best Day Spa! My whole experience from start to finish was perfection. My therapist was Charlie who was so kind and friendly and so highly trained. My best friend had Tamlin who was also amazing! The spa and pool facilities were incredible and the staff all so lovely. I am currently looking at the spa menu to see what treatment I can book next.
I had the most incredible spa experience at Chuan Spa GC! My therapist, Tamlin, was absolutely wonderful; so professional, intuitive, and caring throughout my treatment. I booked the Chuan Muddy Elements ritual, and it was honestly one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had and something different other than a massage. The entire ritual left me wanting more and wanting to come back. From start to finish, everything was pure luxury and so thoughtfully delivered. The Spa Manager runs a great operation!
