I had a wonderful conversation with one of the front desk agents named Sophia. I had a lot of questions regarding the different facials offered at the spa and she was so knowledgeable about each one. She answered every question I had and gave me a recommendation I know I can trust. Thank you Sophia! Your customer service was truly above and beyond.
Highly recommend. Very clean, quiet, peaceful ambiance, snacks, tea, fruit water, day beds, sauna, steam room, eucalyptus ice face towels, whirlpool, excellent service. My massage had sound therapy and aromatherapy and it was very luxurious and I felt truly pampered.
My daughters bought me a gift certificate/voucher for the Chuan Serenity Shen package for Christmas in 2024. The voucher states on its face that it is redeemable for a full year. The package was specially priced and included a number of extra add-on treatments that were stated to have a $1,000 total value. Absolutely love Chuan Spa! We had an incredible experience celebrating my partner's birthday with services from Chloe and Brian—both were exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt completely pampered. The spa is immaculate, and every staff member welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. It was truly a five-star experience from start to finish! We will surely be back soon and highly recommend to anyone in search of a zen space in Pasadena.
This was a special Mother’s Day treat and turned out to be a fantastic experience. After using the spa steam room it was time for my facial with Coline can’t say enough about her it was supposed to be 60 min and she took all the time in the world to make my experience special I can say I’m hooked and will definitely will be coming back for more with Coline thank you
