Went to their karaoke. Nice environment and sound effect. Food and drinks were included in the package. Drinks were served quickly however we have waited the food for nearly 2.5 hours. Sadly after that only 10% of our food was served and they only informed us they could not make the rest of our orders at the end of our session (although we have been asking them almost every hour and they told us the food is being prepared). karaoke has good sound system, but foods we ordered (worth �200) were not served. refused to refund us money, told us to just take some packaged drinks and one alcohol bottle as compensation 🤷🏻‍♀ felt like a scam .
