Sherry is amazing to work with - a true problem solver, and extremely knowledgable. She goes out of her way to make sure her clients are taken care of, and has a fantastic team. I highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell real estate.
I recently used Sherry Chu for an apartment closing. She was very thorough and extremely pleasant to deal with. Her fee was very reasonable and she did a great job. Sherry has an amazing paralegal - Chin, who was extremely responsive to all of my questions via email and phone. I strongly recommend the Chu Law Firm.
Anything having to do with the law can be nerve racking....add in buying a home for the first time adds more stress that I wasn't prepared for. I am so glad I had Sherry and Chin on my side. I would strongly recommend against using Chu Law Firm. I was told one price for the attorney, Sherry Chu’s, legal services over the phone. Later, albeit a short time later, when I e-mailed her assistant to confirm the fee, I was informed of an additional fee that was never mentioned over the phone. Additionally, I believe that Sherry completely overcharged for that work, which the assistant, not the attorney, performed.
