Sherry is amazing to work with - a true problem solver, and extremely knowledgable. She goes out of her way to make sure her clients are taken care of, and has a fantastic team. I highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell real estate.

I recently used Sherry Chu for an apartment closing. She was very thorough and extremely pleasant to deal with. Her fee was very reasonable and she did a great job. Sherry has an amazing paralegal - Chin, who was extremely responsive to all of my questions via email and phone. I strongly recommend the Chu Law Firm.

Anything having to do with the law can be nerve racking....add in buying a home for the first time adds more stress that I wasn't prepared for. I am so glad I had Sherry and Chin on my side. Aside from the expert advice, they really held my hand and walked me through crucial decisions. They advocated for me when the seller's lawyer became very sexist. I would strongly recommend against using Chu Law Firm. I was told one price for the attorney, Sherry Chu’s, legal services over the phone. Later, albeit a short time later, when I e-mailed her assistant to confirm the fee, I was informed of an additional fee that was never mentioned over the phone. Additionally, I believe that Sherry completely overcharged for that work, which the assistant, not the attorney, performed. We’ve worked with Sherry and Chin for over 8 years now and they are amazing! Sherry is so knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to answer all questions and made us feel really comfortable asking anything we had a question about. Chin is so diligent and on top of everything. I called a few times right before the end of the day and she got me the info right away. Highly recommend using this law firm!
