Great affordable dr. Always willing to explain everything. Been coming here for years.
If I could give this clinic/doctors office zero stars I would. My grandmother switched her primary doctors office to this location about a year ago, and every time I’ve had to drop her off for her SCHEDULED appointment, we are still waiting for nearly 2 hours. So hoping walk ins would go by faster, which again I am disappointed waiting 3 hours plus. This is the only location for Asian Americans in the area that could under the doctors. Your Clinic Absolutely Needs Better Communication I Visited As A First Time Walk In Patient 2pm 02/10/21 Address 12600 Scarsdale Blvd Suite A, And I Was Not Informed Till 4:30 That The Staff Usually Does Not See Walk In Patience Till After 5pm Which Would Be Very Helpful Information If That Was Made Clear As Soon As I Came In. We Are In A Pandemic Have Your Staff Send A Courteous Call Too Ask Patience Too Come In When Time Is Available. Instead Of Keeping Sick People In The Same Room Together.
