I would not recommend this dental company if you’re looking for a clinic that actually prioritizes their patients. Even if you have something urgent, like a filling falling out, they’ll still make you wait over 6 months just to be seen. That’s completely unacceptable for basic dental care. While the staff are polite and friendly when you’re in the chair, the way the business operates feels more focused on billing than on patient care. I’ve been seeing Brandon for dental care since moving back to Salmon Arm 10 years ago, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Every visit reminds me how lucky we are to have such a high-quality, welcoming dental practice in our community. I just went through 8 months of work including ortho and veneers. I finally finished the process and can't believe the results. The staff make you feel so comfortable ! They did an amazing job and definitely know what they are doing. I couldn't ask for better care and trust them Thank you so much, I finally LOVE my smile
Update: still 5 stars but i seriously can’t speak higher of these people! I’m nervous in the chair and they talked me through the entire process. They show so much respect for patients and really take care in what they do. They make you feel safe. I can’t thank them enough for everything. Been seeing them for 20 plus years and have almost always had a good experience! I can't say enough good things about this office!!! I have had to call them while in town visiting two different times for family members, for emerg visits at Christmas, and they are so incredibly accommodating and helpful!! They have great staff and super lovely office!! Would recommend this office to everyone! 10/10!!
