I have never received a full 50 minute massage any time I have been here. They take a long time to get you from the waiting area and then once in the massage room, wait another 10 mins to enter. So you will get 40 mins tops. The door to the quiet room is always open and people walking by do not use quiet voices. In fact there are noisy people everywhere. This was the perfect getaway on a rainy day. It was also my birthday! It is very spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Complementary champagne. The Jacuzzi was nice. I happen to have it all to myself. The waiting/lounges are also really comfortable. My massage was amazing and the food was also pretty good. Too bad it was raining, they have these outdoor cabanas and hammocks, i really wanted to go outside!!!!!

My wife and I booked a day pass to relax and enjoy a day lounging. Overall, it was a good experience and the staff were super friendly! Not sure I would come back for the price we paid. Needed improvements: (1) The men’s sauna was not working and the explanation was “it breaks all the time so try coming back another day and hope it works.” (2) A 22% service charge is insane to add on top of the already high cost. (3) The facilities are run-down and in need of a remodel. It wasn’t bad, but still very noticeable.

OVERPRICED!!! We used to go to this spa once a year. Was disappointed that the former first class Spa has become a run-of-the-mill Spa. Service was slow and the massage and facial were just OK. Food was great but be aware of 22% service charge automatically and also give you the option to tip again! I asked about this and gratuity was added (just shows you the final tally) & there’s still space for a tip. Tacky. TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is and the 22% MANDATORY gratuity is ridiculous and it shows. Get your feet back on the ground, Chateau Elan. It's not all that... There are other places nearby that are 1/3 this price. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE so forget customer service. And for these prices?? Look elsewhere.
