Chateau Elan SPA is amazing! Their BEST (consistent) massage therapists are Shawana and Dawn!!!!! My mother & I will only book services if we can get on their schedule. Their massages are an experience!! I also enjoy visits there for breakfast, massages & facials. It's a sweet local getaway less than one hour away for a few hours of me time, DAY away or overnight to take a BREAK from Life's stress and merry-go-round. :-)
From entrance to exit, this spa delivered an incredible experience. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the two lovely ladies at the front desk who made check-in seamless and pleasant. Shortly after, a gentleman greeted us at the bottom of the stairs and gave us a thorough tour—his service and hospitality truly set the tone for the day. Great time. Well worth the money. Service was great.
This place is old and needs major renovations done. The parking is horrible. The pool was dirty and I don't mean dirt floating on top but at the bottom. It needs a good scrubbing. The sauna and steam rooms only big enough to fit three people and if you carry a little extra weight only 2 people and also outdated you can see the heat coils. The hot tub disgusting the water was brownish and you could not even see the stairs when getting into the water. What save it from receiving one star was the Cafe.
