This place is old and needs major renovations done. The parking is horrible. The pool was dirty and I don't mean dirt floating on top but at the bottom. It needs a good scrubbing. The sauna and steam rooms only big enough to fit three people and if you carry a little extra weight only 2 people and also outdated you can see the heat coils. I visited this spa a couple of weeks ago and had a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. There’s a lot of potential here, and while I did enjoy parts of my visit, there are definitely some things that need improvement. The facility itself feels outdated and could really benefit from some renovations. It was also extremely hot inside not just in the sauna areas, but throughout the building which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. I received better customer service at Publix. These people truly hate their jobs. Only the massage therapist and cleaning crew were friendly. The front desk and downstairs checkin staff were rude and uninviting. The amenities are outdated and could use a remodel.
I arrived 10–15 minutes early for my scheduled spa treatments and was warmly welcomed by one of the front desk associates, whose name I regrettably did not catch. I promptly provided my partner’s full name, under which the reservation was made, as well as my own. Unfortunately, the second receptionist repeatedly asked for my name—despite clearly viewing the appointment details on her screen. She then handed me a waiver form.
