Yesterday I woke up to find a new water feature in my yard where the septic system is. After a quick call to Tyler’s they determined the pump in the pump chamber had failed. An hour or two later John and Todd showed up. The confirmed that the pump was no good and got to work. They pumped the system down, pulled the pump and informed us we were good to use our system until they got back with the replacement pump.
