4 étoiles pour un CHSLD c’est plutôt rare. J’y met 4 parce que les résidents sont toujours propres, barbe rasée, bien nourris. J’enlève 6 étoiles pour la PAB qui brusque les résidents 🤬 Et j’ajoute 5 étoiles pour la Garde Aubin qui est d’une écoute exceptionnelle, d’une compétence hors pairs, et je suis contente qu’elle soit mentor d’étudiants, ceci nous redonne foie en un système de santé où il y aura encore plus de personnel bien formés !!
