The experience was a delight.
The older woman at the front counter holds no shame in being blatantly racist. If your skin tone doesn't match hers you will be ignored. She ignored us for a good 5 minutes and never greeted us. Very rude as we were invited to a birthday here and we're looking forward to the experience. I hope we are never invited back as we will gladly decline.
Kayla is a great swim instructor for my 4 year old. I hear the same from many other parents. Life guards and front desk are all friendly and helpful as well
