Elise was super helpful! However, their website became a pain for me to get an account set up. Ultimately the my issue was resolved reference the website issue. Overall, the service was great as far as the delivery and live person customer service.
Couldn't have been better
Elise helped me today on the phone and she was so pleasant to talk to you that I enjoyed my phone conversation with her. She not only answered my questions but helped me get registered for prebuy. I told her how much I enjoyed the phone call and that I've never had an issue calling in to CHS. Thank you CHS for having such good leadership and having great employees.

Have had a leased tank with CHS since 1996. Spoke with Makayla Hull today who went out of her way to make sure I was actually added back onto the pre-buy list although there was no record of my call last month. She made sure to take my info so she could put me on the summer special list for Monday even though one of their computers was down. She verified/updated all contact info so I would get the mailers again. Makayla was very friendly, professional and helpful...wish all customer service employees were like her.
