The delivery and customer service system here is very inconsistent and, honestly, unacceptable. The experience completely depends on who the driver or customer service representative is that day. Some staff members are very helpful and give great advice, but others provide terrible service. For example, one driver called less than 30 minutes before arrival and then knocked for barely a second, even though the doorbell is clearly there. It's almost impossible to respond in time. This company allowed my ex-boyfriend to call in and remove me as an authorized user on the account, even though I am the homeowner. I own this house and have for the past 2½ years, yet somehow I was removed from my own account. That alone is baffling.
