UPDATE: A manager reached out to me and then the person I was in contact with was able to channel me to the right person. CHS employees did a great job at getting this cleared up and worked out. I've moved my one star up to a four star because of the quick contact, and resolution by the person who was initially working with me, their management team, and the person in charge of the other program that I was initially trying to get into. Darcy has helped us several times over the years and has always provided excellent service for us. Very professional and at the same time very friendly. Also, very responsive and diligent.
CHS doesn't outline the credit application process or purpose very well. While initially, it came off as very considerate and caring of them to keep calling about the propane and then going ahead and sending flyers/letters in the mail, they instead failed to disclose the whole process of the application process for updating information versus applying for a credit. Darcy my service tech and my delivery person have been very good whenever I've needed help, fuel or advice. I am on auto fill, which they monitor and it works out great. I have been a satisfied customer since 1998. All good!!
