UPDATE: Working with them and getting a clear answer on how they work, their policies and advice from employee to employee is a nightmare. Calling them again and again with no call backs. They can't keep consistent with their programs, and don't have much knowledge on what's happening with your account (and it gets worse if you work with more than one person). UPDATE: A manager reached out to me and then the person I was in contact with was able to channel me to the right person. CHS employees did a great job at getting this cleared up and worked out. I've moved my one star up to a four star because of the quick contact, and resolution by the person who was initially working with me, their management team, and the person in charge of the other program that I was initially trying to get into.
