Darcy was super responsive, friendly, and was onsite within an hour to check our listing for a propane leak that we detected inside the home! He detected the leak right away, remediated the problem, and was a wealth of information! I would highly recommend their services, Darcy was the best!!

The delivery and customer service system here is very inconsistent and, honestly, unacceptable. The experience completely depends on who the driver or customer service representative is that day. Some staff members are very helpful and give great advice, but others provide terrible service. This company allowed my ex-boyfriend to call in and remove me as an authorized user on the account, even though I am the homeowner. I own this house and have for the past 2½ years, yet somehow I was removed from my own account. That alone is baffling. When I discovered what had happened, I was told I needed to create an entirely new account, which would take “a couple of days.” I am now on day four with no heat and no hot water.
