Jon is a very valuable asset to my business! He's worked to make sure that we have the office and warehouse space we need for our business to continue to grow and thrive here in Mt. Pleasant. The type of mixed-use space my business requires is hard to find at a reasonable cost in Mt. Pleasant but he's done an excellent job of finding multiple locations to check out. During our lease negotiations, he's very helpful in finalizing the details so that we feel very confident in our decision for the long-term.

Jon is an outstanding Commercial agent!! My wife and I started out working with a different agent when we were trying to locate space in Mt. P. After 3 frustrating months with the first agent providing no real value, I called Jon and asked him if he could try to help us. Jon is a wonderful real estate broker to work with and if I can say one word, I would say patience comes to mind. Jone showed me places about four years ago then we decided not to do anything...four years later we were ready. Jon knew what we wanted but also wanted to show us some outside the box places to get us thinking about other options which made us be more creative.
