We are so happy with our screened room. Wendell had the vision for it and we absolutely love it. When we set out to add a screened room to our house we weren't sure how we were going to do it. Thank you Wendell, Rose, Greg and the whole CHS team! We contracted CHS twice over the past 8 years. First was the expansion of our screen sunroom. The second was to enclosed the first expansion with casement windows and other amenities to become a four season living space. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project. The details and workmanship are topnotch and will provide us with many years of enjoyment. Job well done.
Although building a new home can be a stressful experience, I would do it again using CHS. Professional, caring, fast, experienced employees who listen and help bring all of your dreams to life! We absolutely love our new home.
