Dr Clamp is a top Dr. She is patient, takes time with her patients and is very thorough. I never feel rushed. I am glad she is with BayCare.
This was my first visit with my new PCP. My appointment was a 2:00 PM. I saw the doctor at 2:20 PM and she was SOOO through going over my history. The whole experience with BAYCARE with check in, office staff and the provider was just awesome! I just love the fact that I can have all of my appointments and test done at St Joes North Bay Care. Thank you!
She is an excellent provider. Very thorough and always takes time to listen to all your concerns. Great at building rapport and referring you to the right places if she can’t help! Takes a whole body approach and all the psychosocial factors into consideration.
Staff person in the appointment setting part of the practice was contentious (lecturing, preachy, and oppositional) and all but outright rude -- and in response to a very simple matter. It was necessary to draw from a deep well of patience and forbearance and be the professional on the call.
